At FunkyBasket, we want you to love what you buy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

📌 Note: Returns are not accepted for items that are marked as “Sale” or “Clearance.”
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Include your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos (if the product is defective or damaged).

Once approved, ship the product to our return address (provided via email).
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

Double-check your bank account.

Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times may vary).

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
